Les Ashes

Looks like Australia are going to win the 1st test then....unless it rains. Boo! We have played well in stages but not consistently and we have blatantly got to improve!! Especially a few people in the top order *cough* Vaughan *cough* Bell *cough* Flintoff! At least Trescothick and Strass played well today as did Pietersen, but he always does at the moment! What would we do without him??!! And his hairstyle is growing on me :P jk I still think its very weird but it seems to be bringing him luck!! Btw, England selectors, what about my boy Collingwood??? He should play!!

Oh yes and I would like it if Geraint Jones (and Pietersen!) decided to hold on to a catch next match. I know I'm biased against Jones cos I rate James Foster so highly (who is relatively cute!!) but he really needs to improve his keeping! I mean, my Jamie has an average of 43 this season so maybe he deserves another go!!! Or maybe I'm dreaming! I'm also missing Jimmy Anderson playing for England...but he's doing OK for Lancashire so I'm pleased for him.

Right. Time for a rant. I am NOT at all impressed with a certain Italian team by the name of Inter Milan. What wimps. Cancelling their tour of England because of the "security reasons" I mean, come on. It's hardly like their players are going to be travelling on the Tube is it? And they were only scheduled to play one match in London. But no, they decide to stay in Milan and so Leicester and the other teams miss out. We would have had a full stadium for the match too, and that money would have helped a lot. While on the subject of Leicester, I feel really sorry for the 17 year old Australian we have, James Wesolowski who had his leg broken by Bobo Balde with 3 mins to go in the friendly with Celtic. Why???? Levein called it "disgraceful, disgusting, malicious and intentional". Poor guy :(

Ok. End of rant.

What have I been doing since I posted on Thursday?

Well, I worked at the tennis club on Friday afternoon, teaching kids how to play. I had 7 girls of around 13/14 from 5 til 6 and then I had 5 kids of about 5 years old for another hour. Not easy! It was so cute though because the girl I taught at weekends, Marta was there and she really likes me (dont know why :P) and she hadn't seen me since before I left for Australia. When she saw me she shouted my name really loudly and came running up to me and gave me a HUGE hug and a kiss on the cheek!! Hehe...I felt appreciated!! I don't mind the job at the tennis club, it's unusual....and the other kind of trainee coach is kind of cute...his name is Mario!! lol I have also been working at home, for my parents travel agency, writing brochures. It's not easy since I've not been to most of the places in my life!! Still I'm earning a bit of money.

Tomorrow we are having a barbecue :D with some friends of ours, but it will be kind of sad because it will probably be the last time we see them for a while because they are going back to live in England...in Newcastle to be precise :S I'm going to miss them! Oh well....it's not that far really.

Ok....time for another picture! Me and my one year old cousin Immy and my brother. Notice the animals on the table and you will know how I was amusing her!!

And some great news to finish off with : COLDPLAY ARE COMING TO BARCELONA!! :D yippee!

g2g...post tomorrow...if I'm not too lazy!

Red eyes galore...except me :P

hope you like them!!
